Lieutenant Leonard A. Namiotka is a twenty-three (23) year veteran of the Scranton Police Department. He has been the current Administrative Lieutenant in the City of Scranton since November 2004. Leonard oversees the training and records divisions. In addition to his current position within the Scranton Police Department, he has held the ranks of Patrolman, Corporal and Sergeant. He has also served on the SOG team for several years and is a certified car seat technician. Lieutenant Namiotka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton.
